How does my The Drop gear fit?

Our apparel is fairly true-to-size and shouldn’t require any up or down sizing.  Further information on fit will be listed in each products description.  For a general sizing chart click here.

How should I wash my The Drop gear?

Our gear should be washed in cold water, on a gentle cycle, with like colors and hang-dried.  Each item will have a care instructions tag with exact information for each product.


What type of payment methods does The Drop accept?

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also provide Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal options.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we utilize a secure payment gateway to protect all customer payment information.

Where does The Drop ship to?

The Drop ships internationally to all countries that USPS or FedEx services.  If you're unsure if we ship to your country, please contact us at info@thedropmtb.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will ship within 48 hours of order placement.  Out of stock items will be shipped once restocked.  Shipping times depend on location and carrier used.  Please see individual carriers shipping times.


What if I need a different size?

No problem, we’ll be happy to exchange your gear with another size.  Just email us at returns@thedropmtb.com within 30 days and we’ll send you a return label.  The exchanged size will be shipped once we’ve received the incorrect size.  Exchanges are dependent on item availability.

How do I return my gear?

To complete your return, simply visit our returns page and select the appropriate return reason to generate a shipping label.  Once the product is received and inspected your refund, or exchanged item(s), will be sent.  For the full return policy please click here.

The Drop is all about growing the brand by sponsoring like-minded rippers in the mountain bike community.  If you want to be considered for sponsorship, email us at info@thedropmtb.com tell us about yourself, what you do, what you stand for, where you want to go in your sport and include a video of your best edit.  If our stars align we’ll contact you about next steps.  At a minimum we’ll hook you up with some swag.
